Ellie Chizmarova, CFA, Vice President, Manager Research

Previously, Elllie spent seven years at Metropolitan West Capital Management, a value investment management firm in Newport Beach, CA. During her tenure at MetWest Capital, Ellie held several roles with increasing responsibilities, most recently as Vice President, Portfolio Research Specialist. She had spent the last four years as equity analyst for the company's Small Cap Value strategy and made important contributions to its track record and asset growth. Prior to joining MetWest Capital, Ellie was employed by Citigroup Institutional Consulting as a Technical Support Analyst from 1998 to 2001. In this role, she was involved in all aspects of the investment consulting practice, including investment policy statements, asset allocation studies, investment manager due diligence, and portfolio performance and monitoring.

Ellie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and History from the American University in Bulgaria in 1997. She received her MBA degree with Honors from Pepperdine University in 1999. Ellie is a graduate of the Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program under the auspices of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce.
